Can you copy this drawing/tattoo I found on pinterest?

No, I can't.  I have a very strict anti-copy policy.  Small modifications on other artists' designs are also copies.  I only tattoo original designs drawn by myself.  The only exceptions are when tattooing portraits or in certain realism tattoos (where I directly use photos as a reference), or when given direct permission by the artist.

No, no puedo.  Tengo una política de no copia muy estricta.  Pequeñas modificaciones en diseños existentes también las trataré como copia.  Únicamente tatúo diseños originales, dibujados por mi.  Las únicas excepciones son cuando debo trabajar con fotos (para ciertos retratos o tatuajes realistas), o cuando tengo permiso directo del artista.

Is there a deposit fee?

Yes.  All tattoo appointments require a deposit fee (50€ or 10% of the total value) which will be deducted from the final payment.  This fee is non refundable.  

Debo hacer un abono de dinero?
Si.  Todas las citas requieren un abono (50€ o el 10% del costo total) que será deducido del  pago final.  El abono no es reembolsable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

>  If given prior advice (please, at least 72 hours), you can reschedule your appointment as many times as you may need, for up to a year from the initial date.  After that year, you will lose half of your deposit fee.
New dates will depend on the availability of my agenda.  

>  If you don't show up for your appointment and fail to communicate with me, you will lose the the entirety of your deposit fee.

>  If you are running late, please call or text me.  I have a tight schedule, so if you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled (even if you have contacted me), and you will lose 50€ from your deposit fee as a penalization.

Puedo reagendar mi cita?
>  Si me avisas con antelación (porfa, al menos 72 horas antes de la cita), puedes reagendar tu cita las veces que creas necesario, hasta un año de la fecha inicial.  Luego de esa fecha, perderás la mitad del abono.
Nuevas fechas dependerán de la disponibilidad de mi agenda.

>  Si no te presentas a la cita ni te comunicas conmigo, perderás la totalidad de tu abono.

>  Si vienes tarde, por favor llámame o escríbeme.  Tengo una agenda apretada, por lo tanto si vienes más de 30 minutos tarde tu cita será reagendada (aún si ya te has contactado conmigo), y perderás 50€ de tu abono como penalización.

What are the available forms of payment?

Cash (preferably) or bank account transfer. For Portugal, I also receive MB way transfers.

What should I do on the day of my appointment?

Fashion comes first, but for a tattoo, comfort is key.  Wear your comfiest clothes: sweatpants, a t-shirt and a hoodie are more than perfect.
Feel free to be yourself, this is a safe space for all the colours of the rainbow.
Written aftercare instructions will be given to you during the appointment.

Qué debo hacer el día del tatuaje?
El estilo es primordial, pero para tatuarse, la comodidad es clave.  Usa la ropa más cómoda que tengas: sudadera, camiseta y saco son perfectos.  
Siéntete libre de ser quien eres, este es un espacio seguro para todos los colores del arcoíris.
Las instrucciones de cicatrización te las entregaré en la cita por escrito.

Can I bring my service animal with me?

Yes.  According to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities), service animals are dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.  Service animals are working animals, not pets.  
DISCLAIMER: Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals by the ADA and are not allowed in the studio.

Puedo traer mi animal de servicio?
Si.  De acuerdo con la ADA (Americans with Disabilities), los animales de servicio son perros o caballos miniatura que han sido entrenados individualmente para realizar trabajos para una persona discapacitada.  Los animales de asistencia son animales de trabajo, no mascotas.  
DESCARGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Lo perros de asistencia emocional NO son considerados por la ADA como perros de servicio, por lo tanto no son permitidos en el estudio.
